On all Softails rear turn signals must either be mounted in the rear most hole of the fender strut, as on 2002 and newer Springers, Standards, and Customs, or on the license plate bracket.    If your turn signals are not, they can be moved with HD relocation kit #53692-96.  If using HD Detachables, all strut mounted turn signals need to be relocated.  This can be done with HD relocation kit #53859-02A or #69929-07 for 2002 and newer models, HD relocation kit #53820-00 for 2000-2001 models or HD relocation kit #53692-96 for 84-99 models.  The new shorter stem relocation kit #53959-06 will not work with our bags.
